Affiliate Agreement
Introduction
This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between TRADR NETWORK DMCC (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”), and the Affiliate (“Affiliate”), regarding the Affiliate’s participation in the Platform’s affiliate program. By participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the Affiliate’s acceptance of this Agreement and shall continue until terminated by either party. The Platform may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the Affiliate.
Affiliate Responsibilities
The Affiliate shall promote the Platform through the use of affiliate links, marketing materials, and other promotional activities. The Affiliate shall be responsible for the accuracy and legality of all advertising and promotional materials. The Affiliate shall not engage in any misleading or deceptive practices, including but not limited to false or misleading advertising, spamming, or other forms of unauthorized marketing.
Commission
The Affiliate shall earn a commission on the sale of memberships to the Platform, as set forth in the Affiliate Dashboard. The commission shall be paid on a monthly basis.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Modification of Agreement
The Platform may modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to the Affiliate. The Affiliate’s continued participation in the affiliate program shall constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
By using the affiliate program, affiliates agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
